Humans are social creatures, so they love communities. You don’t even know how much a good community means until you lose it. This was perfectly shown to us by the last covid period, when we were confined to the four walls of our homes.

I think many of us have realized how important the importance of communities is in life. We need each other anyway. And not just for financial reasons.

The power of community

A community consists of people working together who share their lives, work, ideas, goals, and aspirations with each other. A community is a kind of belonging, a relationship that connects the members of a group, mutual care and responsibility.

A person belongs to several communities throughout his life. As a child, he took part in the school community, either in the sports community or in the student community. This is where he gained friends and support.

This period also significantly influenced the person and his future. Depending on what kind of criticism or encouragement he received, his further life took shape. We wouldn’t even imagine how much one malicious criticism can take away a person’s motivation from their goals.

And what a powerful influence a single positive word, encouragement, and support has on a person’s life. If you look around you, you will probably see examples of both. Maybe even in your own life, you will discover who has influenced your later career.

If you have no one to share your joy or even your sorrow with, you feel that your life is bleak. Because joy is truly joy when you can share it with others.

And sorrow is much easier to bear if there is someone to share it with.

You choose your friends

The various support groups were created for these very reasons, to help people through difficulties and trying times. And how well he can feel when he succeeds, that someone pats him on the back, praises him and encourages him to continue.

This can give us a lot of strength, that it is really worth living and fighting for our dreams.

There are communities that you cannot choose because you were born into them or because your life situation is such that you cannot change. For example, you don’t live where you want to, but for financial reasons you are forced to live in a not-so-suitable community.

But luckily, you can choose most communities you want to belong to. You choose your friends, your workplace, your hobbies. Nowadays, you can easily choose a business community with the help of the online world.
